Returns or Exchange Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. You need to specify the reason of return / exchange in an email to customer service at
cs@sealightings.com. All returns need to be authorised by a member of the Sealightings Customer Service Team.
By the way, the private customized neon signs do not accept return if no quality problem.
The item need to be in its original packaging, this includes all accompanying screws and fittings that were included in the order.
The 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns. If the item is not returned in original packaging nor fit for resale, the restocking fee may be higher at the discretion of the Returns Department.
The name on the order and the order number should be indicated on the return label. Please note that return label can only be issued to damage or wrong item delivered.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Paypal or credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your payee account policies.

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Sealightings. Failure to pay customs charge may result in the destruction of your order by customs, so please inquire about the relevant informations in advance before placing an order.
